I have a big problem and I would appreciate your help so much.
The thing is that I've been trying to do the map on the attached video with free resources. I made the map with modules that are on Tornado from a company who sells the entry to the server, so I have to pay for them to work. It was also built with shapefiles and csv data exported from pandas and a module that comes from the company (so not for free). So I would like to know if any of you guys know how to build a map like that with free resources. I'm kind of new on Python and I'm still not good enough to build it.
