Need help on assignment
#1
I'm trying to add a coin that when collided with the player you get a message saying you win and restarts or closes the game. I have a class made for the coin however what ever I try to do I either get an error or if the code works the coin doesn't show up at all. I'm very new to python and most of the code below was a template given to me. I've been going at this for weeks and I'm getting extremely frustrated so any help is appreciated.

My goal on this assignment is to create a simple platform game that has an object that when a player collides with it the game either quits out or restarts. I have the platform part done but I'm having a tough time adding in the "coin." (doesn't have to resemble a coin) You can see the attempts I've made to add the coin below in my code. I'm having a hard time for it to even show a simple rectangle. Keep in mind that I'm very new to python and most of the code below is a template that was given to me. As you can see below, I've tried to create a class specifically for the coin and tried my best to follow the format for the other classes like player. I would really appreciate any help because I'm getting very frustrated. Thanks in advance.
