Ask for machine learning Python example with 2 data files

Please advise such simple example in python of machine learning that supports both inputs of training file and test file about code will give output, not just not ending theoretical material with no relevant code to test... 

He is teaching this course offline to students at Washington University in St. Louis.
I followed it online and really learned a lot.
