Big problem for installing PyCharm

Hi all. There is a month I use PyCharm since the uploads directory. So it is not really installed. Here is what they say about installing: Linux Installation Instructions
  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  1. Unpack the PyCharm Community Edition distribution archive that you downloaded to
     where you wish to install the program. We will refer to this destination
     location as your {installation home} below.

  2. Open a console and cd into "{installation home}/bin" and type:

       ./pycharm.sh
I  I have a whisker menu. I think I should install in the "Development"  section, where is already Qt Creator,
Now my question is:  what my {installation home} should be ???

After many thinks I arrived at the conclusion that in order to be able  to run pycharm.sh, you must see pycharm.sh , before. So instead of looking where to put, I look where it is now. So for me, I have to write on my terminal: cd  /home/sylvain/Téléchargements/pycharm-community-2017.2.4/bin;ls
So I see it and I can  run it, typing:  ./pycharm.sh
Téléchargements is the french uploads.

With the file manager I drugged pycharm from uploads to desk, because many objects fall in the upload directoy. Now I copy somewhere /home/sylvain/Bureau/pycharm-community-2017.2.4/bin/pycharm.sh,   on the terminal I paste it. It runs at once. But now I will make the best of all: a launcher
