Check internet speed
#1
Hi,

I've a pissed poor WiFi internet connection. To prove it to my ISP, I'd like to log a constant connection speed (maybe every 30 seconds).

I tried the ping method, but it doesn't help me much.

Is there a way to get internet speed through code or better yet, is there a library I could use?

Any directions is appreciated.

TIA

EDIT:
Nevermind, found speedtest which may do it.

There are some packages here. I have not tried any of them, so you will have to test to see if they fulfil your needs.
