I'm about to start my online Phyton course soon.
I would like to know where can I practice programming for every new subject which i learn.
Any websites or apps?

why not on your own computer?
just install python, see:
for Linux: https://python-forum.io/Thread-Basic-Par...nvironment
for Windows:https://python-forum.io/Thread-Basic-Part-1-Python-3-6-and-pip-installation-under-Windows

If you want to do it online: https://www.python.org/shell/
or google 'online python interpreter'

I think OP ask for site like https://py.checkio.org/ or https://www.codewars.com/
Also you may want to look at our Collection of programming ideas and challenges for more
