Error in script don't understand, please help!

Hello. I'm not a coder, but I need to transform a binary file to CSV via a script I found online. I can't get it to work though, as the script want to import something from another script and I get an error.

Please look at the attached image screendump from the Python editor.

I also don't know where in the code to enter the path to the binary file to convert?
