Help! Module cannot be found!

So im trying to install pygame(pygame-1.9.2a0.win32-py3.2.msi)

Everytime i try installing it cannot find python so i redirect it to where its been installed (Used the same location as the Python Environment Options)

Any ideas? Or am i just being stupid?

Python wasn't installed properly.
