Install Python 3.8 for EduPython and Cx-Freeze

Hello,

VERSIONS INFORMATIONS :
I have the 2.6 version of "EduPython" IDLE. He has Python 3.4.4, and pip 19.1.1.


I need "cx-Freeze" for one of my programs, but he can't be installed with a Python version anterior of 3.5. How can I instal the 3.8 version of Python and how can I include that into "EduPython".

There us a forum tab, but no link.
This seems to be a very incomplete python version.
Why not use python.org? or anaconda?
