Is there a standard for autocommit In PEP 249
#11
From a different perspective, autocommit shouldn't be used in production/commercial applications.
If you follow that logic it does make sense to exclude it from the standard and just require it to be turned off by default.
If you can't explain it to a six year old, you don't understand it yourself, Albert Einstein
