Job Offer: Jr. Python3 Developer
Target Group
We target young developers with ~1yr of programming
experience. You do not need work experience, instead we will
test your skills with a small test (~15-30 min).
Skills Required
Well knowledge of the Python3 programming language is
required (~1yr experience). In particular it is required to
know what a module, package, class,... is.
A small set of finished projects will help us to decide
whether you are the right person for us.
Basic knowledge of the python3 standard library is required. (I.E.
we do not want someone to implement his own collections
while working for us.)
It is a bonus if you have worked with fetching data from the
web and scraping XML files before. This is not
a requirement.
Job Description
You would work remotely together with a small team. You are
in direct contact with our project manager and the senior
developers. While working with us you will get clear
instructions from the senior developers that also can assist
you while working, it will be a great opportunity to learn
more about programming and project management.
Our senior developers will review your code and give you
practical tips on how to improve your code quality.
You will work few ours per week, so this job can be done
while working somewhere else or going to school.
Pay Model
Our assigned senior developer will split your work into
python3 modules that you will implement. You will be payed
according to the cost estimate from the senior developer.
You can get boni if the task was more complicated than
estimated or if you do your work under special constraints.
(For instance in the case of time pressure.)
