MAC OS + Launcher : /usr/bin/pythonw

Hello,

I'm new on the forum and in coding so please be nice with me Big Grin

When I try to run my program that doesn't work. I've read many things on different websites but I still don't understand what do I have to change in the settings ?
I'm on MAC 10.11.6 and Python 3.6
