They are all red [not solved] because thats the default, and i havent gone through the threads to switch each one. But in theory there would be much less.

Yeah i think the colors can be changed to fit the them better. That is just the default.

If it votes to get rid of it, that would be less work on my part  :D

I think it's good to have the [SOLVED] feature, however I would suggest to get rid of the default [Not Solved].

Another option is to completely abandon the mysupport plugin, and just add a prefix to add to threads, such as SOLVED. This does not categorize solved/unsolved threads in your User CP though like the plugin does.
