You can usually find out by visiting the PyPi page (if there is one)
for open3d that's here: https://pypi.org/project/open3d/ On that page is says 3.7. but not 3.8 I tried installing on 3.8, but not successful.

2.7 3.5 3.6 and apparently 3.7 now also. what breaks in 3.8 exactly? |
