Order of answering questions

It does seem that no one bothers to use the "Search" function, or even look at the "Similar" posts list.  Of course those who title their threads with the descriptive "Help", "Noob", "Simple question", etc. probably doesn't help either.

i often try to change the title and warn them for doing so when i see titles like "help"
