PYTHON Script ERROR Help Need

I am new to programming and am trying to run some script in CMD. I am getting the following error:

Output:Waiting for Licence File! .\.
Sending POST request to license url...

Waiting for Licence File! ./.b'<html>\r\n<head><title>400 Bad Request</title></head>\r\n<body bgcolor="white">\r\n<center><h1>400 Bad Request</h1></center>\r\n</body>\r\n</html>\r\n'

Licence File found!
License update not successful (no keys)
