Did you change both places as i showed?
Line 41 and line 88.

Yes sir i changed both line with notepad.And tried again.But nothing changed.

That file is already a mess,have you saved file Notepad ++(without checking what encoding it use)?

For me it look like this.
Line 30 i set in Unicode characters to test in unicorns.quiz:
2) Unicorns are realÅèȍ?
Run python quiz_questions.py unicorns.quiz
Then it look this in unicorns.json:
"prompt": "Unicorns are real\u00c5\u00e8\u020d?"
Running it on in browser with Flask.
