... or you could right click on the Python installation file and select "Run As Administrator"
If it ain't broke, I just haven't gotten to it yet.
OS: Windows 10, openSuse 42.3, freeBSD 11, Raspian "Stretch"
Python 3.6.5, IDE: PyCharm 2018 Community Edition

I BEG YOUR PARDON TO ALL OF YOU. The python 3.6 that was installed was not a 64 bits. It was a 32 bits. Of course I installed the 64 bits, which works fine. I must recognise that all past errors,learned me many things, for instance I know how to become administrator.
