Project Euler
#1
Reference thread: https://python-forum.io/Thread-Multiples-of-3-and-5

The old forum had a Project Euler forum, do we want to do that again?  We can rename threads to fit which number it is, so it's easier to search and find solutions for, and also "safer" so people don't accidentally stumble on solutions they haven't gotten to yet.

Yes,
I converted the entire old forum to a postgreSQL database.
Metulburr has that data (i have a copy here on a backup as well, but he can probably find it quicker)

We've had 1 post out of 25,000 for Project Euler. Is that enough to make a forum for it?

Maybe it's like a self-fulfilling prophecy?  If we build it, they will come?  If someone searches google for "project euler help", we would show up, whereas we don't currently.

I don't really have a preference either way, just wanted to slap it on the table and see what other people thought.

If i recall we ended up deciding to drop the project euler forum because it became a ghost forum. There wasnt much content in it, and there was far and few between those. I would go back to check it, but the old forum has a mysql error currently. Go figure.

and linking some posts regarding it since i am currently bored.

regarding what? Merging them or an archive setup? I was looking a lot into it after you finished it. But ive been worried about messing up the current database now regarding merging. As for archive, im not sure how to even display it. We would have to have some sort of 2nd instance of MySQL forum running in comparison to this one, as read only of that database. I havent really thought of it since then....i also think i no longer have that copy as i usually reinstall my linux every 6 months or so.

What about a Project Euler tag? Would that be a good compromise?
