Python files made on linux don't work on windows

Hi all. I have a HP 64 bits double boot computer. I made a lot of python files on Linux. With a USB key I transfered them to windows, but unfortunately they work no more on windows. How can I recover them. Thanks in advance

Why don't they work? What error(s) are you getting?

Sorry. I just tried them with the command prompt and they work. My error. I just changed my OS from ubuntu 17.10 to 18.04.1LTS, and I am tired.
