I am trying to install the latest version of Python from the website. But it is giving error regarding Windows Service pack1. Even after installing the Service Pack1. I am unable to install Python. WHAT TO DO?

Which OS do you have? Windows 7?
I guess the SP1 is not installed right or/and your windows installation is broken.

Uninstall Python installation.
Install KB2999226 Update Windows. Try Install Python as Administrator. Python 3.6/3.7 and pip installation under Windows

Oh, does the Python-Installer not do this job?
But this can be the cause. Usually the installation of C-Runtime works, but sometimes not.
