SPYDER IDE is GREAT
#1
Everyone should try SPYDER IDE under MIT license, its free and if you use linux only requires sudo apt-get install spyder3, (or your flavor's variation of that). Its very clean and has very advanced features. Much better than using standard IDLE or pluma. It has built in variable or object explorer, a shell on the same window, cell support, and custom color schemes for syntax highlighting.

Spyder is in the category of other Python IDE like PyCharm,PyDev,Wing IDE  ect.
Light Table is in the category of editors like of Atom,Sublime Text,Vim ect

All can be used for Python development,
Python IDE has build in stuff that all made for Python.
Atom that i use have to install packages for Python development.

Atom vs Light Table

Hi all

I have just started using Spyder and i am trying to set the appearances to the way i want it.

However i cannot seem to make the the text on the tabs/ menu options larger, is there a way of doing this?

Attached is a screen shot of the areas where the text is far too small.

Thank you.
