SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED

Hi,
I am trying to install Python package edgar using command pip

pip install edgar

But I am getting below mentioned error

You can try:
pip install --trusted-host pypi.org --trusted-host files.pythonhosted.org edgar

are you on a school computer? because in my school even teachers have this problem...

pip install --trusted-host pypi.org --trusted-host files.pythonhosted.org edgar
