Simple Help Please

Hey guys,

I am very new to python coding and am about to take a class on it. I need to run a python script to place a truecrypt container in a working mp4 file.  I have the script and I have the appropriate python version installed but I am having problems executing the code. I have tried numerous tutorials and help sites and nothing can quite help me.

I am following the instructions from this site.Please treat me like a complete noob and explain to me step by step what I have to do and what I have to type. I am sorry for bringing my inexperience here but I will learn the language well and hopefully contribute to this site in the near future.

What have you tried?

First, you have to open TrueCrypt and create a Hidden Contained with the proper name. 
Then download a video and merge both files with the script.

python tcsteg.py downloaded.mp4 the_hidden_container.mp4

If you are doing the same and doesn't work, post your attempts and the full error traceback

Yeah I create a container with true crypt then I have a mp4 file that I want to use the script to merge the two.

I run that script in the python command prompt windows and get a syntax error. I am at work and can't post the exact message but if you need me to I will be able to in a few hours. Thank you!
