Trouble coding hangman

So I have a code for hang man and i have a string of words to selct from Ive set up so as the word will be seperated by letter e.g
W o r d I want that to be displayed as _ _ _ _ But i cant seem to make it work if you nrrd the code I currently have written I can suply that for everyone to help if they need it.
