Visual studio debugger- "Frame not in module"

Hi All,
"Frame not in module" - "The current stack frame was not found in a loaded module. Source cannot be shown for this”
This doesn't let me step through my code and use the debugger properly. How can I get this to work?
I have searched the NET , but I have not made any headway. I hope someone might have came across with the same issue before.
I have tried many suggestions, such as windows and exception setting, none of them seem to work for me.
This issue seems to be prevalent in the “Xamarin” section of Visual studio.
I know I can press F10 (Step over) to skip a line when I get this warning, but it would be great if I could avoid seeing this message and keep using F11 (Step into).

Any help would be appreciated.

I am using Visual Studio as my Python IDE. I feel there may be other people in this forum who do the same and might came across this issue.
