What IDE is the best one to use and why?

Even if VS Code technicality is not an IDE,it could be in list as it beat most of the list with better tool for Python.
My tutorial VS Code from start,so then you know what use.
There are some people who use it,Python extension 28,302,246 downloads.

Anaconda isn't an IDE, it's a pre-packaged installation.

It is not an IDE, but IMO vim is well worth the painful learning curve :)
