Wiindows 10 is Linux?

I didn't see whole video, but after a few minutes he says there is no Linux kernel inside Windows :D

Microsoft sent me a copy of windows 10 for the Raspberry Pi which runs on top of Linux.
I haven't had the chance to try it out, but there are a bunch of videos on you tube about
the release.
