Seaborn clustermap clustered data

Dear all,
I am using seaborn clustermap to produce an heatmap with clustering starting with thousands of rows. Because of this not all the row names are displayed in the final plot. Is there a way to output the original table used to generate the clustermap but in the same row/column order that is calculated after the clustering.

I'll say yes, but it depends on the algorithm used for the heat map.

So you are suggesting to perform the same clustering clustermap does on the table and get the output from there. Actually, that triggered possibly a better idea. I could work out the clustering on the table and then print the result as a heatmap. I'll try that. Thank for the suggestion!
