This is evil xD

I played a little bit around with html.parse.HTMLParser and urllib.request.urlopen
There is not much work to remove this two dependencies and replace it with HTMLParser and urlopen.

what if someone is running this on their non-root/non-administrator user? maybe they do want it installed, but system-wide? how do you do that? is there "sudo" on Windows?
