Look at this post.
Quote:Usually this Microsoft.VC90.CRT error occurs due to corruption in Windows installer or .Net framework
Please do not worry I will try my best to resolve it.
Try with as 3.6 as this is the recommend version,i would say for all users.
Python 3.6 and pip installation under Windows.

As for the Windows error, this post may have some solutions you can try https://community.box.com/t5/Sync-Troubl...r/ta-p/138. A Windows Forum would be more useful than a Python Forum. Note I used a search for "Microsoft VC90.crt error". Amazing what a search engine will uncover.

As to Python, the instructions for installation are basically the same except for the file used.
If it ain't broke, I just haven't gotten to it yet.
OS: Windows 10, openSuse 42.3, freeBSD 11, Raspian "Stretch"
Python 3.6.5, IDE: PyCharm 2018 Community Edition
