numbered lists
#1
at the end of the BBCode document there is:

Quote:Valid list start index's are... 1 a A i I

how hard would it be to add zero to allow lists beginning the way things should be numbered, or better yet, allowing any number and count the list from there?
Tradition is peer pressure from dead people

What do you call someone who speaks three languages? Trilingual. Two languages? Bilingual. One language? American.

Yes, you asked about this earlier. That is why we added the explanation to the help page.
No, it is not possible to start counting at zero in BBCode. Maybe in next forum version?

There will be no zero based list,as it make no sense in BBCode.
Just the same as for HTML/Markdown ect...
A example in HTML,no zero based list.

Only in programming things start from 0 index. Everyone else usually starts at 1.

The same is true to code line counts

Forum software is meant for the general public, so to start a list at 0 wouldnt make sense to them, whereas programmers use it all the time. IT still doesnt make sense to use it in lists on the forum though. I wouldnt add a list starting a 0 unless there was a reason for it...which currently i cant think of
