3 sec for example. I didn't check my network but should be ok. Right now is normal

This forum is fast.

Loading a page of this forum is about 1 second on my computer.

Actually, I think that this forum is very, very nice!

Maybe you better use Nginx + php-fpm.
Apache2 is a full equipped military chopper with an integrated coffee machine.

You forgot to mention the joubox.
Good suggestion! I'm not sure if changing the server make any sense if the requests are below five thousand in sec. For example.

Yes, currently it's fast.
Maybe the Server itself is not the problem.
Monitoring helps to find the bottleneck.

The server was the problem,site got to high traffic load for 1-CPU setup we had on DigitalOcean.
We changed to a 2-CPU setup as we running now.

We did Monitoring and try to optimize all we could like database ect...,
but the problem was as descried over.
Can see struggle here in the first months of 2018 the average server response time just went up.
Then the drop after server change.

Also i have noticed over the months....the server reboot time use to be 3-5 minutes. Now it is less than 30 seconds.
