I kept getting redirected to Verizon's site not found page all morning. It's fine now, obviously.

A couple of times. First I noticed was about 0930 ET, then again about 1100 ET.
If it ain't broke, I just haven't gotten to it yet.

Thats a major issue. And its confirmed by at least 2 people. I was on this morning but i dont recall what time. But i never seen anything like that. I would of freaked out if i had that happen. But now i am quite concerned. Based on this im going to do some server maintenance immediately and try to keep the oldest snapshot just in case.

Googling comes up with a lot of weird situations including some temp oddities...but some possible ones being a DNS glitch, javascript injection, or a possible sign of being hijacked.

Was there a specific URL you went to? A certain thread?

i tried .net and .com in maybe one of them possibly expired and redirected to verizon. But .net works in http, not https, and i cant get .com to redirect at all to .io.

Yeah, I was using .io. When I couldn't get that to work I tried .com, but that just redirects to .io.

Im hoping this is the problem. Ive done all the server maintenance i could do yesterday to prevent other issues just in case.

As another side note. I cant get .com to redirect to .io at all. I just get python-forum.com’s server DNS address could not be found.
