sudo apt Not Working

apt-get is a package manager to manage packages on Debian based Linux distributions. This has nothing to do with Python. You can install for example Python with a package manager on Linux (in most cases it's already installed). On Windows, you could use winget, but why? Python is already installed on your system.

You could use apt-get if you install Linux on Windows.
But this is also not related to Python and not required.
