testing live threads

1) im not really sure how useful this would be. No one sits on a thread and waits for a reply. The only time would be when yo uare replying. But if you reply after a new reply, you get notified anyways. 
2) The server load might be a lot

I dont know i was just testing some plugins to see if people like them or not.

More useful will be a button/link to list all threads where user has posts into. It should be easiest way to track some threads.
