voronoi vs perlin noise?

what is the pros and cons of the both noise respectively?
what can be done in one noise ,but not the other noise?
which is recommend to create game like minecraft where different biome have different stuff?why?
this is not really a python question,but i am using python to do this,so i think it is partially related.
