This my exist and I don't know how to do it.
I asked a question and later solved it. I wonder if it would be valuable to make a thread as solved and post a link at the start to the solved message.
There is no marked solved for Thread.
Very rare some edit there Thread an add [Solved],but most don't and that's okay.
We tried a plugin for this at one time, but it was just a ugly mess.

Sorry if I missed it, but how do you edit a thread?
Among the buttons along the bottom right of each post is an edit post. If you do that for the first post and change the title, that should change the title of the thread.
there is actually a help doc listing "past decisions" we made and one of them was a solved tag identifier

https://python-forum.io/misc.php?action=help&hid=39
listed in first bullet in second category

Should it be around the "quote, quote, Multi-Qoute, Report buttons"
Here is what I am seeing ....

all posts get locked after 48 hours to avoid someone changing the dialog flow of a thread at their own whim.

Ok, that makes sense. I was trying to edit the first post with a link to the solved one.
