i am looking for an online service that takes file data that can be printed, such as PDF, prints that and mails the printout to each given address. there will be just one address per document in most cases. if there are 3 addresses for some document, they will obviously need to print it 3 times.

i was looking around at several sites that looked like they might do this but they want a minimum of 500 copies. these were printing companies that were looking for sales and marketing mailing. they offered extras like thick glossy paper printed in 4 colors. my stuff is not sales but more like billing and notices. each is going to be different.

i even checked to see if the Postal Service had this (they could print closer to the destination to save money). but they did not offer any such service.

i don't need tools to make PDFs. i know how to make them and have the tools.

i don't need tools to send email in any amount. this is because i am not sending email at all.

if i were to do this in-house i would send my PDF to the printer and also send the address to another printer set up to print label on paper with adhesive backing. i would take the printed pages from the first printer, fold them, get an envelope, place the folded paper in the envelope, seal th envelope shut. get the label from the label printer,stick it on the front of the envelope, get a stamp, stick the stamp on the proper corner of the envelope, and toss it into the bag that will eventually be taken to the post office. this is about things printed on paper and sent by the postal service.

i am looking for a service that can do this for me based on uploading the PDF file and submitting the address where the paper is to be mailed to. they would charge me per address mailed to and per page printed. there would be other costs to send postcards and big flat envelopes with a lot of pages.

this is for a specialized debt collection business i am starting. the specialty is being honest with the debtors and not applying high pressure methods to get them to pay more. i have figured out how to cut costs and do this on the cheap and still make money.
