I need guidance in determining, the best way of making use of my transferable skills and management people's experience, the quickest and most remunerating path to becoming a so called Data Scientist right away.
1] WHAT Data courses to take first to get me into the field the fastest? and,
2]WHERE to aim my medium term goals?
Briefly I am a Sr. Engineer ( MsChE) with no interest in programming
thanks
If you have no interest in programming, why do you want to become a data scientist? A data scientist is a computer programmer with a statistics background. I personally think it's a false distinction, since you can't do statistics these days without programming, so all statisticians should be programmers, but for some reason they didn't ask me.

As Ichabod801 suggests, if you have no interest in programming, turn around and walk the other way,
Data science is very exciting, but without wanting to get involved intimately in the programming, would be an exercise in futility.
Data science == programmer with advanced knowledge about statistics

If you don't want to be a programmer, just do other stuff.
