Hello. Install python 2.7.15, install pwin32 with pip, and when trying to start pythonwin, this is the window:

Although this file (win32ui) is in the same folder as pytonwin. Paths in the environment variables are registered, earlier on the system, python was not installed. How to run pythonwin? Thank.

the package name is 'pywin32'
