1)I need a tutorial series(YouTube or  tutorial only)for directx in python but I can't really find it ,can I have it?
2)for you,is opengl or directx better?
3)I need the api and documentory for python directx so I can know all method and variable that is in directx that I can use in python?

OpenGL

OpenGL for me too. I have not used it with Python. But finding resources should not be a problem. And support was (speaking from my experience few years ago) pretty good. My impression is that OpenGL user community/base is more open than DirectX one.
