You probably can't. page (http://page.sourceforge.net) looks like it's just an easy way to build the interface using whatever widgets TK has. And I don't think TK has a media-streaming widget. But you can get it to work if you combine TK's Photo widget, with opencv and pillow, as demonstrated in this tutorial: https://solarianprogrammer.com/2018/04/2...er-window/
