Is there someone familiar with the Orcaflex API?
I need some help how to set-up a Orcaflex model using the API.

I am not familiar with Orcaflex API. But I can assure you that you will need to provide more information. For example which API function you are trying to call, the code you are calling it with, the response/error you get after calling the code etc.
After that someone may be able to offer tips for solving the issues.
