Thanks fellow developers for the assistance offered, i have learnt a lot through this forum. I highly appreciate your efforts in helping me out. The code works flawless, with all the suggestions and discussion above, i found potholes i would soon end up into but someone saw it b4 i reached and raised an alarm. Thanks
