I see you connect to server via PuTTY. There are plenty of questions and answers that show this may cause problems based on settings of PuTTY

in any case the cause of problem is encoding issue

You are awesome dear! thanks alot, i love you so much, finally it worked :) you are very good. i was sure its encoding but i wasnt sure that its putty encoding :) well thanks alot
