What are the options of building an app/web application to track people within a premises/building accurately.Does python have any geolocation packages to help build such an app/application.
If there are 10 buildings, 10 floors each in a building, can it help identify which building/floor a person is on.

Holy privacy invasion batman...
That aside, there would have to be some sort of RFID, or such, on each person you want to track.
Then you can search for a package to track the the RFID (or other) here: https://pypi.org/
