The label Silly Frenchman is assigned to anyone who has posted
20 replies on the forum. Moreover, if you post more your title
changes with that like Not Blown Up Yet after 50 posts.

Someone must have decided you aren't allowed to change these. How many posts before mine becomes

How much time should I spend to change my title however I want, or can I just create a topic for each day where I will post news or part of an article to read and will it be spam?

You should have checked the link posted by @snippsat

Don't do that. This will be considered spam most of the time. So REALLY don't do that
