I am using Arch Linux here. Sometimes Ubuntu MATE but I can't tell for Ubuntu anything. Don't remember.

Hasn't happened again yet, but sometimes it's a while between them. So I'd wait a few weeks at least before considering it tentatively resolved.
Not for now but this needs time.
