I hope we keep away from this,i have never liked "Not Solved" and "Solved" in forum that have had it.

If post is marked as SOLVED is it locked for new post. If one want to continue the discussion what then?

Its not locked if solved. Thus the reason you get the warning in your reply for being solved but still posting on it
